Q3 Goes Green Q3 understands its responsibility in minimizing any negative impact on the environment. Q3 employees are made aware of environmental responsibilities through general awareness communications via emails and newsletters for reducing waste and preserving energy.

Transportation
Transportation is a major concern to the green environment. Q3 has taken several steps to minimize the business travel.
  • Most meetings and customer presentations in Q3 are conducted through an integrated web-conferencing tool.
  • Most of our employees commute through group travel means such as car pools.
  • The company also offers a 'Work from Home' option for its employees on an as needed basis.

Energy Efficiency
  • CFLs are used instead of normal bulbs reducing the carbon footprint.
  • All air conditioners, lights and PCs are promptly shutdown after office hours, except when unavoidable
Community Involvement Q3 Technologies supports programs that promote the communities' social well-being and growth. Q3's main focus is on education and nutrition of children from the underprivileged sections of our community.

Q3, in its endeavor, supports a non-profit organization in Gurgaon called "Bagiya" and looks into the various needs of the underprivileged children of this welfare foundation. Apart from the daily nutrition support, Q3 also distributes educational tools, books and gifts to these children on all major Indian festivals.

The company also encourages its employees to participate in campaigns to donate/distribute food products and gifts to the underprivileged children of this non-profit organization. Q3 employees are also encouraged for volunteering to teach the children at "Bagiya".
