Having joined Q3 Technologies as a developer in 2007, for the past 3 years, playing different roles of a Developer, Team Lead, Technical Lead, Solution Designer, I have lived up to the challenges and expectations of this dynamic organization. The congenial atmosphere at Q3 Technologies is very inspiring, that gave me the space to grow and experiment. Hard work and dedication never go unnoticed here, and these directly translate to career growth and rewards. Yes, there are challenges and responsibilities, but the credit of course goes to the trust that my seniors and colleagues have had in me, they gave me lot of confidence to face the professional challenges, and that makes my journey in Q3 Technologies full of fun and excitement. Overall, I would say that Q3 technology did go a long way to hone my skills and make me a thorough professional.

To describe my experience here in one word, it has been 'Amazing'.
