Anuj has a B Tech. in Mechanical Engineering and an MS in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A& M University, College Station, TX. Anuj has over 18 years of experience in leading technology driven organizations and managing large software development efforts for enterprise product development. Anuj started his career as a Software Engineer at Adina R&D, Inc. in Massachusetts and was instrumental in developing one of the first 3D finite element mesh generation engines for Computational Fluid Dynamics. Anuj was later involved with a team of leading engineers from MIT in developing an Artificial Intelligence Engine for Engineering Design - software that was used at major Aerospace companies like Boeing, Lockheed and United Technologies for designing aerospace components.

Over the years, Anuj has served in various senior and executive management roles in Engineering and Development at Stone and Webster, Prescient Technologies, Workgroup Technology Corporation and Hitachi. As Head of Engineering at Hitachi Computer Products America Anuj was leading a team of software developers from Japan, USA and India to deliver industry leading EAI and EJB platforms for Hitachi to its global customers. Anuj later joined Workgroup Technology Corp. as Vice President of Engineering where he was responsible for the development of Workgroup Technology's industry leading line of PLM software.

Anuj has been instrumental in Q3's growth over the years and provides the strategic vision and direction to the company. His focus on customer success and building lasting relationships with clients has a deep impact on the organizational ethos of the company.

Salil is a senior architect with excellent understanding of the latest industry practices and technologies for designing and developing enterprise applications. Salil has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station, TX. Salil has over 18 years of experience in Software Development, Engineering, and Consulting having worked at industry leading companies like Applied Biosystems, Tribal Fusion and Accenture where he was part of Accenture's core architecture group.

Salil started his career as a Software Engineer at Applied Biosystems in the Silicon Valley and later served as a senior architect in the R&D group at Applied Biosystems that delivered the DNA Sequencing Instruments used to complete the Human Genome Project. Salil also led the engineering group at Tribal Fusion's lead generation division, and was instrumental in migrating the business to a completely new technology platform while supporting a significant growth in revenue. He also served as a Senior Consultant at Accenture where he was involved in architecting several large scale applications.

Salil advises the architecture and core technology teams at Q3 and plays a very important role in defining Q3's leadership as a technology outsourcing company.

Nandita has a BS and MS in Electronics and Computer Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), Newark, NJ. With over 18 years of experience in some of the leading organizations in the USA as a software engineer and eventually as lead software architect, Nandita brings exceptional talent and software design and architecture skills to Q3.

Nandita started her career as a Software Engineer at Johnson and Johnson Ltd. in Raritan, New Jersey. She then worked for several years as in software engineering at Intellution where she was instrumental in the development of Intellution's next generation device drivers for industry automation solutions. Nandita has worked in senior software engineering roles at various companies including Intellution, Hemisphere Global and Fidelity Investments and theNextRound. Before joining Q3 Technologies, Nandita worked as a Senior Software Consultant and Lead Architect at Fidelity Investments' Advanced Technology Group in Boston where she was instrumental in designing Fidelity's E-mail management systems.

Soumen has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and is a certified Chartered Accountant having completed the Chartered Accountancy course from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Soumen is also an associate member of ICAI. Soumen has over 12 years of experience in the field of Accounts, Audit, Taxation, and Company Law with PSU Banks, Private Limited Companies and renowned Audit Firms.

Soumen started his career as an Audit Executive with T.C. Paul & Co. in Kolkata. Before joining Q3 Technologies, Soumen had worked as internal auditor of United Bank of India, NBFCs and also as a Manager-Audit & Accounts with a leading Tax Consultancy firm in Gurgaon.

After graduating with a B.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur in 1995, Piyush worked in various capacities in software development and management over the last 17 years, starting his IT career with India Bulls where he was instrumental in giving business a boost by decentralizing their back-office operations to branches all across India. Later Piyush spent several years in the US working as an onsite coordinator for companies like Applied Materials Inc. and AXA-Financials, before moving back to India in 2008. Prior to joining Q3, Piyush was Head of the Trading Group at Futures First, a GHF group company headquartered in London.

In addition to the several years of experience leading Development, BA and QA teams, Piyush brings with him very strong technology experience across domains like Java, J2EE, .Net as well as Open Source Technologies. He is a versatile professional with strong project management, leadership and customer relationship skills, coupled with a very strong technology focus and background. Piyush has lead large scale application development and implementation efforts critical to the organizations that he has worked with. His diverse experience in software development enables him to take decisions in executing projects that lead to higher client satisfaction and achieving business goals.

Piyush leads all delivery teams at Q3 including Q3's business analysis, software development and testing teams.

Ramana has a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Andhra University and over 16 years of experience at several large multinational companies including Siemens AG Germany, LTX Corporation USA, Agilent Technologies, Texas Instruments and GlobalLogic. Ramana is also a certified PMP and frequently participates and delivers at various conferences on Project Management.

Ramana started his career as a Software Engineer with Siemens and served in their real time distributed digital control system operations in India as well as in Germany. At Siemens AG Germany, Ramana was instrumental in the transition of a complex family of Microcontroller based Digital Control algorithms to new generation software platforms on SCO Unix, which substantially reduced the cost impact on the solutions to the customers. A significant portion of this effort was seamlessly handled from Siemens India under his tutelage. Notable also is his stint with LTX Corporation, USA for whom he successfully developed and managed an offshore development team of over 40 engineers from India and led them through some very complex software development projects.


Feroz has an MBA in International Marketing from the Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi and over 10 years of industry experience in electronic publishing, e-learning and software product development. Feroz manages the international business development activities of Q3 technologies from India.

Feroz is responsible for markets in North America, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East. He is involved in developing newer markets and creating new service offerings. Feroz also leads Q3's Marketing Communications team which is involved in market research, prospecting, marketing campaigns and customer interaction along with managing the Q3 website and information.

Rajeeb manages the HR and Administration functions at Q3 Technologies. Rajeeb has an MBA in HR from IMT Ghaziabad and has over 10 years of experience in HR in some of the leading IT organizations like ITIL, Aithent and Keane which is a CMMi Level 5 organization. Prior to joining Q3, Rajeeb was the Assistant Manager, HR at Keane India Ltd.

Rajeeb has been instrumental in bringing about new and progressive HR practices into the industry and to Q3. He has worked extensively on HRIS, PCMM and 360 Degree Appraisals.

Namitha has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi, New Delhi. She has over 10 years of varied experience in Marketing, Customer Service, Relationship Management & Administration. Prior to joining Q3 Technologies, Namitha worked with IBM in Gurgaon. At Q3, Namitha has worked on managing customer relationships for one of the largest US online book sellers where she managed all communication with the client's partners like Amazon, EBay, Barnes & Noble and various publishers like Ingram, McGraw-Hill, Baker & Taylor, and Thompson.

In her current role as Manager of Marketing Communications, Namitha manages Q3's internal CRM processes and is responsible for managing Marketing Communications which involves market research, marketing campaigns and managing the Q3 website and information.
