We in the past have had IT companies and have dealt with the drag of all the people and managing it. We stopped both companies and sold them; and needed a place where we could put ideas and change them into actual software projects. We did outsourcing in the past but it did not go off very well because one of the challenges we have is you don't find reliable workers and have lot of communication problems. We are very happy to find Q3 Technologies. We ran into them at CeBIT in Germany, we came to India and we met a few companies. One of the things which really pleased us is that the management at Q3 has lived in US and worked with Americans and Europeans for a very long time. It's a lot easier to communicate with them and they can help us make a translation. The entire team is very dedicated and very happy to help us. The software is turning out great.
