Q3 signs another agreement with a global leader of Skills and Talent Development for corporations and institutions to develop an Employee Competency Evaluation Tool

The solution will help the client to assess the overall performance of their employees. It would also be able to recommend the most suited courses for the employees helping them improve their performances. The development is being done using Drupal & Custom PHP.
