    The Client is a leading Online Jewelry Retailer. They are also the largest manufacturer and exporter of colored gemstones and studded jewelry.

    Challenge

    The client wanted a live streaming application for Android TV, aiming to expand their reach to the modern, new age digital natives & enhance the customer experience by extending their existing digital products for web and mobile to Smart TV app.

    Solution

    An Android TV app was designed with a minimal interface along with a straight-forward navigation system. Q3 implemented the following features in the app :-

    • Product Details like SKU, description, & quantity and Order Processing like order summary, billing & shipping details were implemented.
    • Payment functionality & Google Analytics for tracking customer journeys, conversions, etc.
    • App Features which can build custom functions such as: fast buy, information display, multiple auctions, EMIs, etc.
    • Enhanced User-Experience – by incorporating platform specific functions in the TV app.
