    As a part of their Business Transformation program, the client wanted a solution for their customer service staff to provide real-time data, aimed to serve customers better & meet their expectations with the latest travel information.

    Solution

    Q3 team developed a cloud hosting solution with all the customer assistance rail replacement & bus management applications with 24X7 Monitoring & Support services. Backup and Disaster recovery planning is also available.

    The app suite included the following among many others:

    • Smart Card Application enables the staff to load multiple tickets for different destinations & time by reading the chip of the passenger’s smart card.
    • Passenger Count identifies bustled routes & time, and hence helps to provide a better service by adding bogies/buses on the much needed place & time.
    • Smart Audit for better maintenance & cleaning. Picture upload provision for the staffs.
    • Dwell Time, Fault Reporting & Customer Assistance are also available.
