    Client Overview

    The client is One of the Largest Oil and Gas Exploration and Production companies in India.

    Challenge

    The client wanted a Mobile & Web platform to manage different reports, basic functionalities of employee lodging, boarding, food, information, travel, events, reporting etc. The client also wanted to manage different level of communication with the employees using this platform which was earlier done through e-mails.

    Solution

    • To automate site management operations, a SharePoint based Facility Management (FM) web solution was developed to take care of the accommodation, easing Check-In/Check-Out process, generate detailed reports and providing site related information.
    • Some of the features incorporated were: Request Module, Bus Module, TRF Module.
    • A Hybrid mobile app was also developed which provides a go-to platform to the employees to view their planned travels and site information. Some of the features incorporated were: Know-how site, Employee Journey Timeline, Bus Routes, Food@Site.
