    The client is one of the Largest Asian telecom Companies.

    Challenge

    The client wanted to automate a portion of their Electricity Bill Payment Process which was done manually & involved intensive use of excel spreadsheets along with vendor follow-ups, reading invoice data & its upload in SAP. The complete cycle took 6 hours.

    Solution

    • Q3 Team automated the solution using RPA to simplify bill process & reduce manual efforts. It helped the client to save Bill data & processing it in SAP portal.
    • Listing of Pending Invoices: Automated the process of checking pending invoices for a specific period & then sending follow up over emails to reduce manual efforts.
    • Reading Invoices & Data Storage: Incorporated functionality of reading the required data from invoices scanned through OCR & storing them into database.
    • Creation of Payment Voucher: Included an automation step for uploading the invoice data and creating a Payment Voucher via SAP.
