Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold outreach, networking, and inbound inquiries.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored software solutions that meet their technical and business objectives.
- Conduct presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to create proposals, SOWs, and RFP responses.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with market trends, competition, and emerging technologies.
- Track sales pipeline, activities, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Experience with selling AI solutions is a plus.
