Job Description
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for NetSuite implementations and enhancements.
- Configure and customize NetSuite to align with business requirements using standard tools (e.g., SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript—if functional scripting knowledge is expected).
- Lead workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work with technical teams to deliver solutions.
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
- Develop reports, saved searches, and dashboards for business insights.
- Manage data migration, cleansing, and imports during implementation.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors or partners when required.
- Stay up-to-date on NetSuite updates, best practices, and new features.
- Experience in NetSuite implementation lifecycle: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and support.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
