    The client is one of the World’s Largest Tyre Manufacturing company.

    The client wanted a technical support services provider for helping them in manage different distributor’s data on the sales made and improve the overall work of the sales details every month which in turn would affect the overall sales activity of the organization.

    Solution

    • Q3 Technologies teamed up with the client to ideate few processes which helps them to streamline the Sales matching process and getting the sales synced in different portals, to get their accurate sales financials.
    • Our team of experts provided the support services to the Client with a set of skills for data reconciliation (where issues observed in sales figures), managing distributors’ Tally, configuring the software which helps to transfer the data from distributors Tally to the portals, and overall managing the sales efficiently.
    • The solution proposed to the Client also included the reconciliations of the sales data in a way that easily discovers the gaps and corrects different data based on the created invoices.
