    Challenge

    The client wanted an Intelligent Predictive Analytics Solution using AI/ML and its algorithms to predict Employee Attrition in the organization depending upon several factors such as: Work Tenure, Age of the Employees, Salaries, Commute Time, etc.

    Solution

    To fulfill the clients’ requirement, Q3 team first collected the data from Breathe HR API through .NET code & data stitching. And, the solution was developed by following the below given steps:-

    • Data pre-processing – was carried on with Data cleansing, Missing analysis, Imputation, Outlier detection, Normalization and Scaling.
    • Model development – was done with Feature extraction, Feature selection, Balancing of dataset – SMOTE and Cross-validation.
    • Prediction & Evaluation – Analyzed different parameters like confusion metrics, F1 score, Precision, Recall, & Accuracy for model validation of different models.
