    The Client is India’s Largest Hotel Chain Company.

    Challenge

    The Client wanted an AI based Virtual Booking Assistant which helps their customers to choose & book a room/s. They wanted a responsive user-friendly application which not only integrates with their existing website but, also run as a standalone application on desktops, tablets, and mobiles.

    Solution

    Q3 team developed an AI based Virtual Booking Assistant by using Microsoft Bot Framework & ASP. Net which helps the users to book a hotel room, check amenities which the hotel has to offer, view offers, and apply discount coupons.

    • Users can sign-in, sign-up or continue as guest to use the Chatbot. The bot is personalized as per the user’s preset preferences & their membership tier. Membership discounts are also automatically applied when signed in.
    • Integration with CMS application in the backend helps to manage & add new hotels with their respective details.
    • The Chatbot provides various offers & discounts based on upcoming festivals, holidays, user’s membership tier etc. These offers are managed, activated & deactivated from the backend CMS portal.
