    Client Overview

    The client is a multi-national electronic retailer, wholesaler and manufacturer of fashion jewelry and lifestyle accessories.

    Challenge

    The client wanted to consolidate different heterogeneous sources of data altogether at one place enabling business users to get insights across regions & in variant time.

    Solution

    • Using the customer purchase data, customers are segmented based on the frequency of their orders, amount spent & the number of orders placed by them.
    • A tabular model was developed to directly connect Power BI with Live data warehouse and Dashboard was created to help identify products performance & their allocation.
    • Integrated the Weather API to further enhance the purchase pattern of the customers.
    • Some features of the portal helps in:

    • Identifying customer segment to be focused for promotions & to increase business.
    • Identifying purchase pattern of the customers with the help of detailed weather information, hence increasing/decreasing the products accordingly.
