    Client Overview

    The client is one of the Largest FMCG companies in India with many iconic cigarette brands to its name.

    Challenge

    The client was using printed dairy sheets to enter and maintain shift data manually for every shift in a day. It was really hard for them to manage and keep the records in papers and send across to stakeholders for auditing. So, the client wanted an application to manage all these activities with an interactive user interface.

    Solution

    • Q3 Technologies teamed up with the client to ideate and design a “Digital Operational dairy” application. The application was designed with a user-friendly environment.
    • Digitized diary sheet was auto-populated with Machine specific data. Data in iPC machines was stored in the MySQL database which was accessed by the application and was auto-populated in operation dairy.
    • The developed application also took manual input through touch interface provided to operators and supervisors.
    • All the data captured for a specific shift-time was stored for historical analysis and reviewing data specific to a previous date & shift-time.
