    The client was operating with 100+ legacy web applications built on outdated stacks. The systems were siloed, inconsistent in design, and costly to maintain. This led to high maintenance costs, poor scalability, slow performance, frequent downtime, and inconsistent user experiences. Onboarding new users and managing change also remained difficult.

    Solution

    • Technology Modernisation: Migrated all 100+ legacy applications to a modern stack using React.js for the frontend and .NET 8 for the backend.
    • Application Consolidation: Identified and merged overlapping applications, significantly reducing redundancy in the IT landscape. Leveraged MS SQL Server and REST APIs (JSON) for smooth data unification and streamlined workflows.
