    The Client is one of India’s leading Consumer Durable Manufacturing & Marketing companies.

    Challenge

    The client required a system to eliminate the manual process of managing the NFAs on paper. The requirement was to easily create NFAs and manage all the NFA data on the allocated or available budgets for different departments in the organization on a shared platform.

    Solution

    • Q3 developed a SharePoint portal which helped the client in creating NFAs & keep a track on it.
    • The data for budgets was fetched from SAP to SharePoint via BAPI. The portal helped to fetch the budget for the workflows of different departments which was then used to create a NFA.
    • Approval process for every NFA was predefined. The user had provision to Add More Approvers at the time of NFA creation.
    • Approved NFA’s information was also moved to SAP from SharePoint.
