    The client wanted an AI based virtual assistant with self-automation capabilities catering to the queries that the employees might have related to IT, HR & Admin departments.

    Solution

    • Q3 developed an AI based Virtual Assistant with self-automation capabilities that integrates FAQ’s, real time data from SAP, SharePoint, SQL.
    • It has a seamless integration with IT tools like BMC Remedy into one Chatbot. And, has a responsive design for the clients’ portfolio websites.
    • Features like Tag Management & Heat Maps, A/B Testing, Implementation of the entire Helpdesk, Multi-lingual support, Payment and Checkout and Product List Pages (PLP) and Product Display Pages (PDP) are the key highlights of the Chatbot.
    • Integrated with internal SharePoint portal and hybrid mobile application for easy and quick access. It is developed using Microsoft’s Cognitive Services – QnaMaker and LUIS.
