    The Client is a leading E-commerce Retailer of Fashion Jewelry & Lifestyle Accessories.

    Challenge

    The client wanted to design an automation framework for Sanity, Smoke and Regression Testing to save time and improve quality of the product.

    Solution

    Q3 team provided various automation testing types to meet the specific requirements of the client.

    • The website was tested through automation by using TestComplete 12 for Sanity Testing and Smoke Testing.
    • A combination of Data driven framework, Name Mapping and Keyword driven framework were used to design the framework for this solution.
    • Another tool named ‘Cross Browser Cloud’ was used to achieve testing results on multiple operating systems and multiple browsers with different versions.
    • MHT Reports were used as the MHT file size is compact and easy to share.

    Regression testing performed in < 6 hrs
