    The client is a Leading A Leading IoT Solutions Provider in India.

    Challenge

    The client wanted a platform to support the complete lifecycle of fleet trips along with different data management for future records. They also wanted the App to have the feature of Reports to be utilized by the management. Notifications & Alerts were required to be generated on various important occasions in the trip-cycle..

    Solution

    After scrutinizing the Client’s requirements, Q3 team proposed a Telematics Fleet Management Application & a Driver App to achieve the required objective.

    Key features incorporated in the application are:

    • Live Tracking: Each vehicle is tracked Live on the map. IoT device is configured to map the drivers. User can view the live location and status of the vehicles.
    • Trip Creation and Assignment: User can create trips for the drivers. The application also has a feature through which the user can select route for the drivers to help them reach their destinations. The App is also enriched with the functionality of Geo-fencing.
    • Driver Score Calculation: Driver scores are stored in the app which is calculated for each trip completed by them considering sudden turns, harsh accelerations, etc.
